Sean Schemmel's Goku still isn't great, but at least it's sort of improved. Colleen Clinkenbeard's Gohan is good, though.

Synopsis: With a new power unleashed, Goku easily blocks Freeza's path, disabling him from killing Gohan as he escapes with Piccolo. Freeza is astonished by this transformation and throws ki blast after ki blast to try to stop Goku, but Goku easily avoids or endures everything thrown at him, and enraged, attacks Freeza. When Freeza demands to know what has happened to his opponent, Goku confirms that he is the legendary Super Saiyan. Freeza is angered at his inability to hurt Goku, and decides to destroy the entire planet of Namek.

It sounds slightly better than the Z dub, but it's nothing to get excited about. Too little a sample to tell, anyway.
