GN-X: Under Construction

While I await a shipment of decals to finish my MG Nu I started on a little packaged I received yesterday, the MG GN-X!

If it wasn't for work (which I shouldn't blame too much, with out it I wouldn't have this kit) I could have had a full fledged review up before Dalong. Oh well! Anyhow, check out these quick shots...

So far, I'm not very excited by the kit. I really like the way the tau drive clicks into place. I'll get proper shots of that for my full fledged review. Unfortunately the weird fin parts are lose (no polly-caps) and like to flap around. I'm not even 100% how they're supposed to rest on the kit.

Bah!

No polycaps? Bandai really needs to figure out how they want to do this. If they aren't going to use them, they could at least try something different.

Nah, they have polycaps,

Nah, they have polycaps, just not in places where they need 'em.
