Dragon Ball

Synopsis: Jeece flies off, abandoning his comrades. Vegeta finishes off Baata and Rikuum, to Goku's disapproval. Jeece reports what happened to Captain Ginyu, and they head back to the area. Gohan and Kuririn leave to find Bulma and get her Dragon Radar. Goku and Vegeta stare down Ginyu and Jeece, but Vegeta suddenly flees, in order to find the Dragon Balls before the others do. Goku begins his fight against Captain Ginyu, but Ginyu catches on that he's holding back. Goku decides to power up using the Kaio-ken, astonishing Ginyu with his power.

Synopsis: Goku arrives on Namek, and heads where he detects the weak ki of Gohan and Kuririn. He gives senzu to the his son and friend. To their surprise, he also gives one to Vegeta. After being caught up with current events, Goku warns Jeece and Baata to leave, then returns to where Rikuum is. Rikuum attacks, but in a flash, Goku takes him down in one hit. Vegeta is astonished by Goku's power and confidence and wonders if Goku could be a Super Saiyan of legend. Baata and Jeece attack Goku next, but Goku easily avoids their attacks, then subdues Baata with a single attack.

Synopsis: A young boy named Son Goku, with a monkey tail, lives in the forest on a mountain, alone. A teen girl named Bulma hits him with her car, and is astonished to see he is unphazed by both that and bullets. Bulma makes peace with the child, telling him that she's looking for the seven Dragon Balls, orbs which summon a wish-granting dragon when collected, of which Goku owns one. Convincing him to come on her quest, Bulma and Goku head off but encounter a man-eating pterodon who takes Bulma away. Goku rescues Bulma from the dinosaur with his extending bo.

Synopsis: Rikuum, the largest member of the Ginyu Force, is the next to fight, with Vegeta as his opponent. Vegeta goes at him at full power, astonishing everyone, but not harming his target very much. Rikuum counterattacks, and Vegeta tries his best to keep up, but is ultimately subdued. Returning the earlier favor, Gohan and Kuririn attack Rikuum and save Vegeta, but he easily puts Kuririn down and brutalizes Gohan. Ginyu brings Freeza the Dragon Balls, but Freeza finds that he can't get immortality from the immediately.

Synopsis: The Ginyu Special Forces take off and quickly catch up to Vegeta, Gohan, and Kuririn. Vegeta tries to throw one of the Dragon Balls away from the group, but the fastest member of the Forces, Baata, catches out. Vegeta then urges Kuririn to destroy the Dragon Ball he's holding, but Gurudo, the shortest member, freezes time and retrieves it. Ginyu takes off with the seven Dragon Balls, leaving the other members of his group to decide who will kill who.

Synopsis: Gohan and Kuririn fly towards Saichoro's place. Vegeta detects them and pursues. On the ship to Namek, Goku decides he's finished training and rests. Kuririn decides to stay behind and distract Vegeta while Gohan goes to get his hidden power unlocked. Vegeta doesn't fall for it and heads off to Saichoro's. Gohan is powered up, but Vegeta isn't impressed. Then everyone feels five powers arrive on the planet. Vegeta knows who they are: the Ginyu Special Forces.
