Episode 26, "The Twin Pillars"
Synopsis: The pasts of admirals Wolfgang Mittermeyer and Oscar von Reuenthal, the "Twin Pillars" of the Imperial Navy, are revealed in a series of flashbacks. Mittermeyer is a happily married man, whereas Reuenthal has trouble trusting women due to his troubled childhood. The two officers recall the Klopstock Incident and its fallout, in which Mittermeyer defied the aristocracy by executing a relative of theirs for violence.
Episode 23, "The Memories of a Beloved Witch"
Synopsis: Lupin and the gang are confronted by Mattea, who utters a phrase that sends Lupin into a seemingly hypnotized state. He attacks and then flees his allies, having visions of Tomoe speaking a mysterious poem to him. While Zenigata questions Mercedes, Jigen and Goemon are forced to turn to a surprising source of information to find their colleague. Lupin journeys to the mansion he grew up in and finds himself face-to-face with his "mother". It's not a sweet reunion!
Episode 24, "First Campaign"
Synopsis: When the Free Planets Alliance's Real Admiral Attenborough's patrol encounters ships of the Galactic Empire in the Iserlohn Corridor, they exchange fire. Assigned to the patrol fleet is Julian Mintz, who, after receiving training to be a fighter pilot, prepares to engage in his first sortie. A fierce battle of fighter craft ensues that will help shape the young man's destiny.
Episode 22, "My Mother's Documents"
Synopsis: A young woman named Finn Clark follows in her mother's footsteps as she travels to a Nordic country, looking for answers about her past. There, she finds recordings that chronicle her mother's lessons from a teacher of a questionable moral character. Converging on Finn's location is both the Lupin gang and Mattea and Inspector Zenigata is on the case. What do these tapes reveal? It's an aurora of mystery!
Episode 21, "Welcome to the Island of Bubbles"
Synopsis: When the Lupin gang are forced to make a stop at a small town after a heist because the bridge is busted, they get drawn into the imaginary love stories of a girl named Muru. Can Lupin find the famed Mermaid Fish to impress Fujiko? Or is the art of love too illusive? It's an old fisherman's tale.
Episode 20, "Two Terrible Ladies"
Synopsis: Fujiko encounters an old thieving partner, Amelia, who she recalls her troublesome past with. The two decide to team up once more to infiltrate the Church Ayon, a cult whose treasure could be worth their while. But as usual with Fujiko and people like her, things aren't quite what they seem! Is everybody's favorite backstabber going to get a knife in her own rear? It's a new adventure that will have you shouting, "Dayvee!"
Episode 19, "Fakes Attract Lies Part 2"
Synopsis: Inspector Zenigata has been imprisoned by the authorities of Republic of Cotornica under suspicion of murder of a representative. Yata and Ari are forced to clear Zenigata's name by investigating. During the course of the investigation, Ari admits that she, too, was mentored by Tomoe, who was Lupin, Mercedes, and Hazel's teacher. Ultimately, Ari confronts a surprising suspect, and is barely able to pass along information after being injured.
Episode 18, "Fakes Attract Lies Part 1"
Synopsis: Lupin travels to the Republic of Cotornica to meet a congresswoman named Hazel. When he gets there, he encounters the flower girl, Mattea, who's travelling. Lupin breaks into Hazel's apartment, where she reveals to Lupin that her tudor was Tomoe, Lupin's "mother". Hazel is also the subject of blackmail using deepfakes because of her position on foreign policy regarding rare earth metals. Lupin helps her deal with her blackmailers and leaves, but when Inspector Zenigata pays her a visit, he finds himself in trouble. Is ol' Pops in real trouble? It's an episode of intrigue!
Episode 17, "Win or Lose in 0.1 Seconds"
Synopsis: Linfeng Wang, the CEO of Wangtic Securities, has designed the Lupin System, which is able to detect and identify people based on several factors. She challenges Lupin to steal an rare dollar coin worth several hundred millions, which he is determined to take. Lupin and the gang try to synch their movements in order to shut down the system, but it proves difficult. Can Lupin outwit the computer system and its creator? It's a labor of love from a hardcore Lupin fan!
