Unicorn AMV – We Are Zeeks

Click the story itself to view the video!

A little something I cooked up yesterday. It actually took me longer to export the video without any quality degradation than it took to reasonably match up the video & audio. iMovie is the biggest pile of shit. read more

Layman’s Gunpla Guide – Miscellaneous Tricks & Tips

Here are some random tricks and tips that have proved useful during my builds.

Tighten Loose Joints with Super Glue

An inevitability with gunpla are loose joints. Be it from age, poor engineering, or a lack of polycaps (I’m looking at you, F91 era kits). To help tighten things up just pull the piece out, apply a little bit of glue to one part of the connection, and let dry. DO NOT GLUE THE PIECES TOGETHER! Once the glue has dried you’ll find a much tighter fit on the joint. If it’s not yet tight enough apply more coatings as desired. A word of warning, too much glue can make for a very tight joint. Sometimes it can be difficult to fit the connection if you’ve applied too much glue. read more

The end of imgDump

Well, the time has finally come. imgDump will become a memory of internet past.

Why you ask? The cost. Since our big server jump a year ago it’s cost me around €25, ad revenue only brings in about €7, monthly. At the end of this month that price is slated to nearly double, something I can’t keep supporting from my pockets anymore.

Thus, it must come to an end, but we will have a swan song. There are two things I’m planing if I can sort the logistics.
