Synopsis: In a flashback to the war, Char is tasked with stopping the asteroid Solomon base from falling onto the lunar city of Granada, which would cripple Zeon. Char and his troops prepare to set off explosions from within Solomon to cause it to break up, but Char has his own plans, sabotaging the operation in hopes the asteroid will kill Kycilia Zabi. He is confronted by a Guncannon, and they do battle. He is able to escape the fight, but his Gundam’s Psycommu starts to have a reaction and a strange phenomenon (later called the “Zeknova”) occurs, in which Char and the Gundam disappear. Synopsis: Because of Nyaan’s victory, the Pomeranians are near the top of the Clan Battle Rankings, poised to take on the leaders in the next match. Machu is still recovering from discovering Nyaan piloted the GQuuuuuuX. Chalia Bull requests his mobile armor, the Kikeroga, be brought to the colony. Xavier Olivette’s contact suspects Chalia is plotting to kill Kycilia Zabi. Machu overhears Annqi planning to sell her and Shuji out to the Zeon. Meanwhile, Lieutenant Gates Capa oversees artificial Newtype, Deux Murasame, pilot of the Psycho Gundam. Machu seeks Nyaan’s assistance in helping Shuji. Chalia saves Xavier from being killed by Side 6 security agents. Xavier wonders if he’ll have to take him out to protect Kycilia, who arrives at the colony. read more

Synopsis: After getting ejected from the military, former officers Gaia and Ortega of the once famous Black Tri-stars are now Clan Battle fighters who want revenge on the Gundams. Machu is still wondering about her relationship with Shuji, who she witnessed killing during the last Clan Battle, but still intends to join him to go to Earth. After an encounter with the immigration police, Machu and Nyaan split and Machu is cornered by Lt. Xavier Olivette from the Sodon. Nyaan takes over for Machu in the GQuuuuuux in the next match, but is disadvantaged at first because Shuji is sick. However, during the battle, Nyaan sees the “kira-kira” and is able to defeat (and kill) Gaia and Ortega. A jealous Machu is astonished to find that Nyaan was the pilot in the match. read more

Synopsis: A new challenger appears for Machu and Shuji in the Clan Battles: a former Federation ace, Shiiko Sugai, “The Witch”. She is fixated on destroying the Red Gundam, which took the life of her Mav during the war. Machu begins to admire the determination of the older woman, but blanches at the intensity of the fight in Clan Battle. The Witch closes in on Shuji, whose supernatural gifts give him the edge and the victory, but at the cost of Sugai’s life.
