So, this is a tale of redemption. I always expected Dragon Ball Super: Broly would be as lame and forced as the previous Broly entries, but by reinventing aspects of the character, they (finally) made him a worthwhile addition to the Dragon Ball canon. I completely discounted this movie for years, believing it was just another Broly stomp romp, and especially hating the Dragon Ball Minus aspect, but never actually sitting down and watching the entire thing. Now that I have, I understand its popularity. It’s a damn fine DB movie. Might be the best entry in decades, it’s certainly among the best. And for that, I apologize. I was wrong. It happens (though rarely).
In the story bits, I wanted to depict the Antarctic outpost where the penguin movement began, where the Penguin Union was founded. Nevermind that the windows don’t match the exterior shot, or that there are trees when there aren’t meant to be. Let’s just say those windows are at the rear of the building. As far as the Puffin Elite and the voidmancer storyline, I’m experimenting with video effects so I can depict certain things later on.
Anyway, I’m taking a little time off. I’ll be re-editing old videos and posting them on YouTube when I can. I’ll be back in a month or so, hopefully with my batteries recharged. Until then, keep watching anime!
